Seeking female student for a large double room. Bills are included in the monthly price. The room is sunny and spacious (3.8 x 3.8) with lots of storage.

The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped for cooking, also with good storage. Another double room on the same upstairs floor is occupied by another female student. You will share the kitchen with her only. There are 2 cats living downstairs with the owner in a separate area. The house is very convenient for transport to the city centre, Griffith College, Trinity and UCD . There is an 83 bus stop 1 minute away across the road. 9, 17,18, 15a bus stops are also minutes away. Single occupancy only. No couples please. Available for a year (or less if preffered.)
