Small double room available. The picture shows a single bed but a new small double bed (4ft) will be arriving in the next fortnight. This new bed will have two drawers in the base for extra storage. The room is available for six months (possibly longer). The room has a built in wardrobe and is at the front of the house. Flexible with move in date. Sharing with two professional ladies in their early thirties. We are easy-going, clean, respectful and friendly. Looking for someone with similar qualities :) The house is clean, warm and cute and has a patio/backyard area, a side entrance gate to also keep a bike, and free on-street parking right outside the door. The bathroom is also brand new. The house is located in a quiet residential estate, with bus stops for the numbers 11, 13, 4 and 9 a one minute walk away. It is a five minute drive from the M50, and right next to DCU. This may suit somebody on placement. We're non - smokers but OK with smokers, so long as it's not in the house ☺️

The rent is €470, with a €400 deposit required. Bills are WIFI/cable TV, bins and gas and electricity - these are split three ways, averaging approx. €50 a month.

One minute walk away from bus stop 11, 9, 13 and 4 amd 5 mins walk or less to DCU.
