Very large double room with very large desk, great wi fi connection and ample storage. Room is bright and very spacious.
New bedding and mattress. Myself my partner & our son live here in our 6 bed redbrick in Clontarf so plenty of space, oh and our dog Koda. She is a very friendly rescue who we have for 4 years. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk away and then its 10 minutes to the city centre. There is also the dart station close by. Clontarf is full of cafes restos and pubs, very nice area which boasts a nature reserve on Bull island aswell as Saint Annes Park. Another double room also available if two friends were interested. If you are a student arriving in September we are happy to book in advance. The rooms are single occupancy only.
